I am a researcher and facilitator of urban projects on markets, food and planning for communities. My own encounter with these realms has been through immersions, reflections and research/action exchanges with actors and spaces that have inspired me to contribute with nourishing knowledge and awareness on food and common living - local and global - agenda.
About CoMercado
From my years as a researcher and food explorer, I recognise central lessons on which I base my work, and which nurture the aims and commitments I share with you in CoMercado.
Its purpose is to share memories, learnings and ideas on urban markets and food spaces, which I expect you will enjoy with thoughts and senses.
It is also as a platform to engage with the communities and networks sustaining these realms as well as their impacts on our everyday lives.
Foodies, entrepreneurs, dreamers and innovators… we are here to collaborate, co create and connect .
